Our sourcing philosophy is simple: we source the best beef from the best programs to provide our customers with consistent quality and rich, grain-finished flavor.
90% of our beef is sourced from right here in the Pacific Northwest. This allows us to support our regional producers and bring you fantastic local flavor.
10% of our beef comes from high-quality, grain-finishing cattle farms in the Midwest. This blend allows us to access some of the best-marbled and most consistent beef programs in the country.

No Added Hormones or Steroids: (Federal regulations prohibit the use of added hormones or steroids in all poultry in the United States).
No "Plumping": Unlike many grocery store brands, our chicken is never injected with salt water, broth, or solutions to increase its weight. You pay for chicken, not water.
