RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Verification: To request a refund or exchange, please provide the product and label, along with your original receipt.
Timeframe: Quality concerns must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.
FRESHNESS & STORAGE
We recommend using or freezing all protein products within 3 days of purchase.
Refunds cannot be issued for spoilage caused by improper refrigeration or delayed use.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom cuts and whole/half animal orders are tailored specifically to your specifications. These orders are non-refundable once the cutting process has begun.
